 :  Guide to register  : 

Step 1  : Simply download the form on the right bottom corner of the page and fill up the form.
 

Step 2 : Pay the regisration fees ( RM 50.00 ) to the account number stated inside the form and keep the receipt as your proof of transaction 

 

Step 3 : Email your filled up form and your proof of transactions to : miatindiemaf@gmail.com and put the subject : " UNIKL BOTB REGISRATION SUBMISSION " and you're done !

* ONLY 15 BANDS ARE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE COMPETITION, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE 
* 2 SONGS FOR EACH BAND AND NO VULGAR OR IMMORAL LYRICS AND SUCH , YOU GET THE IDEA COME ON 

* DUE DATE REGISTRATIONS ARE ON 11th OF OCTOBER 2017
